Case presentation A 45-year-old woman had an eight-month background of occasionally painful or pruritic swelling of the proximal nail folds of several of her fingernails. When she shown, the condition was affecting the 5th and third fingernail folds on her behalf right hand, however, many other fingers have been affected previously. She also didn’t just like the unsightly transverse depressions on her behalf nail plates.
